Common jobs have a flat price. We say it on the phone or at the door, before anyone picks up a tool, and that is what you pay.

Dana Brackwell, master plumber, and three plumbers. The one who takes your call is on the job, and we don't send subcontractors.

The price on this page is the price you pay. It covers the visit, the labor and the usual parts, and we say it before we start. If a job turns out bigger than it looked, we stop and tell you the new price before we go on.

Remodels
We do the rough-in plumbing for remodelers around Fenmoor: bathrooms, kitchens and basements. Every remodel is different, so we walk the job first and give you a fixed price in writing. The walk‑through is free.

- Do you charge to come out?
- Not on weekdays inside the 25 miles. The flat price includes the visit.
- Is it more at night?
- An emergency call at night, at the weekend or on a holiday adds $150 to the flat price. We tell you on the phone before we drive out.
- How fast can you come?
- For an emergency, usually within two hours anywhere in the area. Weekday jobs are booked a few working days out; the office will give you a day.
- My water heater is leaking. Can it wait?
- If water is coming from the tank itself, turn off the cold water valve on top and the gas or power, then call. A drip from a fitting can usually wait for a weekday.
- Do you work on boilers?
- Yes, gas boilers and furnaces: yearly service and repairs. No heat in winter counts as an emergency.
- Do you work for landlords?
- Yes. We meet your tenant, send you photos and the bill, and keep a note of each unit.
