What if I don't like the new site?
Tell us what feels off and we'll take one more pass. If it still isn't right, walk away. You owe us nothing.
Is it a custom design?
It's a well-made site built from our own tested layouts, then fitted to you: your colors, your photos, your words and the way your customers find you. It is not a one-off art piece. Custom animation, illustration, online stores, booking systems or anything past five pages is a separate project, quoted up front before any work starts.
I don't have a website yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Send us your business name, and your Google or Facebook page if you have one. We build your first site the same way: finished and ready to see before you pay anything. Or start from one of our finished designs, each made once and sold once.
How can a website cost $150 a month?
We've built a careful system for the parts every website has in common. That leaves our time for the design and the details that matter for your business.
My site is on Squarespace or Wix. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We build the new site on our own setup and move your domain over when you say yes. Then you can cancel the old plan.
Can I call you?
We keep support to email, which is part of how a website can cost $150 a month. Write to hello@sitestove.com and you'll hear back within two business days. If something we built stops working, we fix it as part of your plan. Most everyday changes, like hours, prices and photos, you can make yourself in your editor.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Every site comes with its own editor, so you can update text, photos, opening hours and prices yourself, any time. For bigger changes, like a new page or section, email us and we'll quote it before we start.
Can I sell things on my site?
Yes, a few things. Gift cards, a class, a product or two can each get a simple buy button with secure card payments, at no extra cost from us. A full online store with a catalog, stock and shipping is a separate project, quoted up front.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local service businesses: contractors, landscapers, salons, clinics, studios, cafés, restaurants and shops. If your customers find you on Google, we can help.
Where do you work?
Anywhere. We work with businesses all over the world, and everything happens over email and the preview link.
