Studio Ferro
Five-page site for a hair salon. Made as a study for a four-stylist hair salon upstairs in an old ironmonger's building on a town square, a fictional client. Yours gets your name, your words and your photos.

- Good for
- Hair salons, barbers, beauty and nail studios, anywhere people choose a person before they book
- Suits
- Salons and beauty
- Register
- Quiet editorial
- Typeface
- Newsreader + Instrument Sans, swapped for yours if you have one
- Accent
- #0F1011, swapped for yours
- Page transition
- One thin ink line sweeps up the screen like the edge of a comb, clearing the page as it goes, then carries on to uncover the next one, headline first.
- The detail
- Pick a stylist on the price list and every price becomes theirs, in full. The home page steps one column at a time, like the stairs up to the salon, and the About page scatters its photos across the grid.
- Photos
- Generated stand-ins, not real people or places. They show where your own photos go and are replaced before it goes live.
- What works now
- Five pages, the price list by stylist and all motion work now. The appointment request form shows how it works and sends nothing yet; online booking is an add-on. Until then the page shows a sample day, Wednesday 21 October at 10:40.
The whole page

Yours, once
When you take Studio Ferro, it comes off the market and is never sold again. We fit it to your business, set it up on your domain and host it. $150 a month covers setup, hosting, care and your own editor. Extras like online booking or a live dashboard are add-ons, quoted up front.
